All Scent•Her sales are final. Due to the personal nature of our bath, body, fragrance, and home fragrance products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@scenther.com with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. We will gladly replace damaged or incorrect merchandise at no additional cost.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued at Scent•Her’s discretion if we are unable to replace a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
