Every Scent•Her product is handcrafted with care and thoughtfully packaged to ensure it arrives in excellent condition.
Processing Time
Orders are handcrafted, carefully packaged, and shipped within 5-7 business days from the date your order is placed. Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude weekends and federal holidays.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to ship every order within our stated processing timeframe, occasional delays may occur during new product launches, promotional events, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control. If your order experiences a significant delay, we will notify you by email.
Shipping Address
Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. Scent•Her is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided during checkout.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once your order has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery times and package handling are the responsibility of the carrier. Scent•Her is not responsible for shipping delays, lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages after they have been marked as shipped.
If you experience a delivery issue, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you need additional assistance, we’re happy to help where we can.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@scenther.com with your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging so we can promptly resolve the issue. If approved, Scent•Her will replace the damaged or incorrect item at no additional cost.
